Stay & Basil

A fresh summer drink with depth.

Ingredients:

5 cl Stay Vodka
2 cl lime juice
1 cl sugar syrup
Fresh basil
soda

Preparation: Lightly press the basil leaves and shake with vodka, lime juice, and syrup. Strain into a glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Stay & Ginger

Clear meets spicy. Our signature mule with character.

Ingredients:

5 cl Stay Vodka
10 cl ginger beer
1 cl lime juice
Fresh mint

Preparation: Pour all ingredients over ice into a highball glass. Top with mint. Ideal for long evenings.

Acidity. Sweetness. Style.

Ingredients:

5 cl Stay Vodka
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
1 egg white (optional)

Preparation: Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Double strain into a sour glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
